2hrs to change oil is ridiculous. I don't like wasting my time on things I requested not to be done. Inspections on a vehicle with less than 40k miles is not necessary.
The dealership has a very nice waiting area with water and drinks for the customers who have to wait for their cars. The employees are all very polite. The service has always been good.

My battery died. I found help to get my car started. I headed for the dealership and Tried to call Tyler but could not get through. Was able to speak with Tyler when I arrived. My battery was still under warranty so it was replaced at no charge. How could I be anything but happy with that!!

My visit was probably my quickest yet which was great. But I dont believe they sent me a video of the inspection break down though. And it seems when they washed the car they did not clean the windows or the windshield since I still had some bug splatter here and there on the windshield.

Andres was nothing short of amazing however, the people in the service department that were supposed to clean the car top off the fluids and just make the car presentable. We’re not doing their job. We had to send the car back at least four different times for it to be cleaned and detailed Which should not have happened a deal that could’ve taken two maybe three hours max took about 5 to 6 hours. Best service around. They are patient and informative regarding the state of your car while being serviced. Their sales dept is great too, I drive out of my way to go there because I don't have to worry about the repairs when I leave.
I am unhappy with the service presented in this branch, I have gone several times for one or another event with my car and I often have to return for the same inconvenience since they never solve the problem. I must note that the service advisor is super friendly and always gives me an explanation and solution.

I wanted to share my experience regarding my recent maintenance service visit.
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. When my father-in-law picked up the vehicle and drove it home, a clacking noise immediately became noticeable. Thinking it may have been something loose in the trunk, I checked the vehicle, but that was not the case.

Computer was updated so I didn't get a video nor a recommended followup services list. 2-3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and recall seems a lot. Booked at 7:30 a.m. arrived xx checked in by 7:45, out by 10:30, and it's because I rushed since I had an appointment. Been going there since 2016 so it's officially 10 years, and I can vouch for the fact that service has gotten slower.

I always bring my Miata to Sport Mazda North and pleased with the work they do. Everyone is very pleasant and friendly and I always have a positive experience. The guest area is always clean and comfortable. Recently I had to leave my car at Mazda and I was very pleased Mazda scheduled an Uber for me to get home. The next day Mazda had schedule an Uber to get to Mazda and they paid for both rides. Very thoughtful of them and everything went very smooth. When I left I had a big smile and very pleased.

I have always had a positive experience from the first I walked into their show room, back in 2018 I when I bought my first Mazda to my most recent service visit. Every time I'm at the dealership the staff is always friendly. The Facility is clean and bright. I usually schedule my service visits during the week.
