I had an AMAZING experience in this car dealership! I found an amazing SUV at an excellent price, and I'm very happy with my new (used) car. The salesman, Jose Ramos, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and his service was top-notch. The buying process was very easy, and the finance representative, Bud Daley, was also extremely helpful and is a super nice guy. We were really impressed with the whole experience and can't say enough good things about this dealership. I will go back here again because of their excellent customer service.

The service was great, everyone was really nice. The only thing I’ll say is that my car sounds a little louder and feels a little different under my feet when I drive. I am having work done on May 3rd so maybe that can be a note taken about my car and can be checked to make sure everything is good from my service that I had on March 8. Unprofessional and Disrespectful Behavior I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mazda North Longwood FL. Me and my wife visited the dealership with the intent to purchase a vehicle, but the unprofessional behavior of the sales manager completely changed our perspective. I am very happy with my purchase. I received help from Jose Ramos, Beth Campbell, Doug Rowland, and David Fant, throughout the buying process. Jose gave me time to make my decision at home after test-driving in person. Once I decided to go forward with the purchase, most of it was done at home to save time. It was a painless process. Good dealership and team. Would have liked to have the cross bars included in my vehicle since the car's images on the website had them and when I went to the dealership the car did not have them. I felt it was false advertisement. The dealership claimed that the images came from corporate but it was the same color vehicle.

Make sure you check your air filter, fluids, and anything else they claim they will do for you. They did not fill up my fluids and did not change our air filter as asked previously. I wasn’t going to post due to an agreement I had with the leadership but they have now failed again on upholding their agreement. This is very disappointing. Might have to start using a different location.
