The advisors made me feel like an inconvenience, and communication was completely lacking. Your team also lost two of my Mazda valve stems ($30 value) and refused to replace them with what I originally had on the tires. Very disappointing experience.

They were very busy, so it took a while for my service to be done. But, Shane was apologetic and walked with me out to my car when the work was done.

Mazda services is always been great just the cost of services has gone up tremendously. Example an oil change use to be 84.99 now it's 124.99. That's a 47% increase

Sport Mazda has had by far the best service of any dealership I have been to. The communication from the advisors is stellar and the video inspection is a perk that I love. The waiting area is clean and comfortable for waiting. The biggest thing I appreciate is that when my car has needed recall work Sport Mazda has offered a loaner without me asking, saving me stress and anxiety because I depend on my car for my job. They have turned me into a life long customer, I’m thankful to my neighbor for sending me their way.

Service was good. I wasn’t happy how they dirty my leather seat with grease. What is the purpose of using a plastic cover maybe if they kept the plastic on the mechanic wouldn’t have dirty the seat with grease.

Tried to sell me on $2000 worth of stuff I didn't need. Didn't even attempt to fix the rear view mirror assembly and was trying to make me buy a whole new thing for $700. Took it to another shop right after my service and they found that the battery was leaking acid and a cell was completely bad. Popped the rear view mirror compartment back on in 5 minutes for no charge saving me $700. Easy to get a last minute appointment for a pre-purchase inspection. Friendly staff. Comfortable setting. Service Advisor, NOAH, was extremely knowledgeable & helpful.
He took his time to sit down & explain each item on the Inspection Report in detail so I could understand. Noah was Very HONEST about what I really needed and what services could wait !!
HE NOT PUSH any services on me- but let me know they were available if I wanted any of the repair items completed by a qualified Mazda Technician.

I had a very good experience purchasing my Mazda from this dealership. I came for my first oil change and if it didn't take so long I would come back but 5 hours of my day isn't worth it. Sorry. This 5 hrs included 3 hours at the dealership and 2 hrs round trip drive time. If I didn't go and ask for a status at the 3hr mark I think I would have been sitting there longer. I'm sure the work they did was fantastic. I did like the inspection video I received partly through the wait time.
