Started researching a new vehicle purchase a few weeks ago. Currently own a 2020 CX-5 but we were looking for something different this time. We test drove several makes but after two weeks of less than thrilling results started to think maybe a second CX-5 was the answer. I contacted SMN and asked for offers on a specific trim line. From the start, everyone was courteous, professional, easy to reach, quick to reply — and most importantly, showed a willingness to negotiate. The GM, Dan Parker, his son Ryan, and especially the sales associate Mike Hayles were all very easy to work with throughout the process. When we agreed on a price, Mike got all the paperwork completed ahead of time so that when I arrived, it was a much faster process. The walkthrough on the vehicle was excellent and thorough, and when I was handed off to Rod in finance, the smooth process continued. Five stars for everyone involved! Thanks guys!

I am very happy with my purchase. I received help from Jose Ramos, Beth Campbell, Doug Rowland, and David Fant, throughout the buying process. Jose gave me time to make my decision at home after test-driving in person. Once I decided to go forward with the purchase, most of it was done at home to save time. It was a painless process. Doug and David explained the financing well. Beth was very personable in showing how the car worked after I signed. Overall, I am happy I decided to buy this car here as opposed to looking elsewhere.

I was purchasing a new car and my experience was more pleasant at Sport Mazda North than I recall from three other competitor dealerships. Julian, my sales rep made my purchasing experience as professional and open as possible. His team leader followup emails were professional and short. The closing process went fairly smoothe and David the financial representative was open and efficient in completing the process. The next day when I had a question David was responsive and resolved my question quickly. I highly recommend Sport Mazda North if you are looking for a a pleasent car purchasing experience.
